Order Processing:

We work with UPS to deliver your package. All purchases will be processed within 2 business days once transactions are completed. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday excluding national holidays. All packages with a P.O. box shipping address will be delivered by USPS.

Address Correction:

Please make sure you have provided us with a complete shipping address that includes your apartment number, suite number, or mailbox number, if applicable. There will be a $10 fee if you need to change your shipping address after your package has been shipped.

Confirmation:

A shipment confirmation with UPS, USPS, YunExpress, FedEx, or DHL tracking number will be emailed upon the completion of packaging. Please make sure you provided us a correct email address.
